First-year player Caitlin Clark, her teammates, and the coach are all upset about the Indiana Fever’s 0-8 start, which continued Thursday with a 103-88 loss to the Seattle Storm. And that anger goes to the people who are calling the game.

Clark, who scored 20 points, said she liked how Sides picked up a technical while she was talking about how tough she is.

Clark made only 6 of 17 shots from the field and 5 of 5 free throws. “I feel like I’m getting hammered,” he said.

Indiana was also mad at its defence after the game because it lets in 91.2 points per game, which is the most in the league. Wednesday, the game was tied at six points apiece going into the third quarter. Seattle scored 34 points to turn it into a 22-point win.
